All of them are added straight to your inventory as items when selecting the "Eldendiver" starter class when starting a new game. If enough people request it, I'll try and widen the selection a little more. These were just the ones that made the most sense mod-wise. I'll probably add some unique icons for them at some point in the future.

Additionally, you can damage yourself with these in-game, just like you'd be able to in Helldivers. That is an intended feature. So be careful.
