使用方法：下载并解压压缩包
将regulation.bin文件放在mod引擎的mod文件夹中，之后用mod引擎启动游戏就可以了

This mod needs to disable EasyAntiCheat, otherwise you may be restricted from connecting by FromSoftware.
How to use:Download and unzip the compressed package, put the regulation.bin file in the mod folder of ModeEngine 2.0, and then start the game with ModeEngine 2.0.
