"Regulation" tweak that just makes you take way, way less incoming damage making enough time for a screenshots, using binocular etc. without much worry.

Highly NOT suggesting playing on that one, if you want an "easy mode" i'd suggest mods tweaking difficulty better / precisely for your needs - you would at least play a game still (unlike with this one).
This tweak just makes you take way, way less incoming damage making enough time for a screenshots, using binocular etc. without much worry. Only for offline play!
Instruction:
1. Backup your regulation.bin contained in main game's folder (can just add an extra letter leaving it in the same folder, easier to swap that way)
2. MUST disable EAC (game's anti-cheat) : https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/90 - this one if highly recommended.
3. Download this regulation.bin file and move it to the same folder ( ... \ELDEN RING\Game)
4. Replace this file with backed up version when done and want to play normally.
