Install.
1. Offline only. Make sure you disable EAC.
2. Download and unpack the regulation bin file.
3. Replace the regulation bin file in your Elden Ring game folder
TOOLS USED - Smithbox used to create the regulation bin with the provided CSVs from LOD restored and significantly better draw distance. Manual edit to LoadBalancerDrawDistScaleParam.csv LoadBalancerNewDrawDistScaleParam_win64.csv to make sure full distance tree shadows from LOD restored included. https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/4928
