About this mod

As I finished the game and DLC in NG+7 giving me lot of mental and physical pain, I realized when I wanted to make different builds that most Talismans were… Meh.
As such, I decided to modify their value so they would be 'good' or 'decent' but not 'broken' or 'overpowered', all changes are written below.

At first I was intending on keeping it to myself but when I looked at the mods for the game I saw some that did the same but no info about what changed could be found in the front page, or the effects were too powerful for my taste.

That's why I will list all changes of all talismans I made, be aware that if you do not have the DLC this list will 'spoil' the Talismans added in it.

This is meant for PVE only, no PVP changes were made and you shouldn't play online if your game is modded.

I will include the .CSV file in case you want to merge this mod with others.

Some Talisman might not have received any changes, mostly because, I'm a newbie in this kind of thing and didn't understand how to change things as I wanted.

Feedback will be appreciated, as I want the talismans to be better but not overpowered, and some combination might make them overpowered.

Here's the list in alphabetical order (with a few exceptions):


Aged One's Exultation: Increase Attack Power by 20% for 30 seconds when the player or someone falls under the Madness status -> Increase Attack Power by 20% for 60 seconds when the player or someone falls under the Madness status  

Ailment Talisman: Raise Resistance to the last status received by 350 (120 seconds for Poison/Scarlet Rot, 45 seconds for Frostbite, 30 seconds for Bleed/Sleep/Madness) -> Become Immune to the last status received for 30 seconds

Ancestral Spirit's Horn: Restores 3 FP when defeating enemies (which is 3% of your FP when Mind is 16 and 1% of your FP when Mind is 50) -> Restores 5%+1 FP when defeating enemies (It scales better and still give 3 FP even when Mind is between 1-7 as it would start giving +3 only when Mind is 8 without the +1)

Arrow's Reach Talisman: Increases bows and some spells effective range by 65% -> Increases bows and some spells effective range by 100%

Arrow's Soaring Sting Talisman: Increases bows and some spells effective range by 50% and raise Attack Power of arrows and bolts by 8% -> UNCHANGED
(Because it can stack with Arrow's Sting Talisman below which was buffed, and buffing range would make Arrow's Reach Talisman useless as they cannot be equipped together) 

Arrow's Sting Talisman: Raise Attack Power of arrows and bolts by 10% -> Raise Attack Power of arrows and bolts by 16%

Arsenal Charm: Raise maximum Equip Load by 15% -> UNCHANGED

Arsenal Charm+1: Raise maximum Equip Load by 17% -> Raise maximum Equip Load by 20%

Great Jar's Arsenal: Raise maximum Equip Load by 19% -> Raise maximum Equip Load by 25%

Assassin's Cerulean Dagger: Critical hits restores 15 FP -> Critical hits restores 5%+15 FP

Axe Talisman: Increase Charge Attack damage by 10% -> UNCHANGED

Installation:

Put the regulation.bin in the game folder, replacing the one already in it.

If you already modded your game and modified this file, use the .CSV instead and merge it with your regulation.bin using an application like Smithbox, there's tutorial videos on youtube, I can't explain well how to do it myself.

The .CSV file will not overwrite other changes in SpEffectParam as long as they are not the same modification, it will only modify the ones affected, thus not affecting the changes of other mods modifying different Param.
