Makes the Axe talisman regen FP and HP as well as increasing damage resistances, max stamina and stamina regeneration.

Mod includes a CSV file for merging with other mods. Works on game version 1.12.4 including the DLC. This mod makes the Axe Talisman overpowered. Here are the modded effects:
1% FP regen per second
2% HP regen per second
Increases all damage types absorption by 30%
Increases max stamina by 70%
Increases stamina recovery by 50%

Mod Engine 2 is required for this mod to function.
Installation: Put regulations.bin into the "mod" folder inside ...\ELDEN RING\Game then run Elden Ring with Mod Engine 2
