- Open Steam and locate Elden Ring in your library.
- Right-click on Elden Ring, select "Manage," then "Browse Local Files."
- In the game folder, find the
regulation.binfile. - Copy this file and paste it into a backup folder somewhere safe. This ensures you can restore the original file if needed.
- Unzip the downloaded mod folder to a location of your choice.
- Open the folder corresponding to your desired multiplier (2x, 5x, 10x, 50x).
- Copy the
regulation.binfile from the chosen multiplier folder. - Repeat the steps from STEP 1 to open the Elden Ring game files.
- Paste the copied
regulation.binfile into the Elden Ring game folder. - Select "Replace" when prompted to overwrite the existing file.
- Offline Use: The mod must be used offline or on a Seamless Co-op server to prevent conflicts with the online game environment and potential bans.
- If you fail to back up the original
regulation.binfile and want to revert the changes, you can restore the original file by verifying the integrity of the game files via Steam. This will reinstall the defaultregulation.binfile.
