About this mod
A Kingly streamer thought this up, said somebody would make it, so...
Alters the game so every difficulty is one step up. New Game is New Game + 1, NG+1 is NG+2, etc.
This will apply to all of your characters as long as the mod is installed. If it's overwritten or uninstalled, it will no longer apply to any characters.

Also an o-rune-ginal (get it? get it? please clap) progression version where runes are NG while difficulty is NG+.
Ever want this game to be harder, but not really all that much harder like a certain King of streaming? Want a really basic mod that does one thing? Well, have I got a mod for you!
This mod makes NG have all the NG+1 difficulty values and does the same for NG+1 to NG+6. I made stuff up for NG+7. See the images for parameters, or this image for a practical difference example.
This is a side by side I took of a fresh wretch versus the first tutorial pit enemy. Wretch is performing a "backstab" with the club, the follow-up combo, the resulting runes from that enemy, and the damage taken from the next enemy, back turned to them.

If you looked at the data table in images and thought "why is New Game (0) all Zeroes?" It's because that table isn't the only value.
I've typed this out eight times trying to make it clear and short, and I got:
"The table shows how much new game plus there is added on"
Here's what I have as a hypothetical example:
A goat, maybe, starts with 100 HP. Call this "New Game Health"
If the goat's new game plus modifier is 100HP, doubling the health. Call this "Modifier"
As you clear New Game levels, the multiplier OF the modifier gets larger. Call this "Multiplier"
Health = (New Game Health) + (Modifier * Multiplier)
The goat's hp would then be, starting with New Game: 100, 200, 210, 215, 220, 230, 235, 240
Use at your own risk, I guarantee nothing, disable the anti-cheat and play offline and whatnot.
I really just opened Yapped, changed the values, saved the new regulation.bin copy, and uploaded this. Nothing else is different.
Note
--------
I don't know how to fix this at the moment, but you're immortal for the grafted scion fight. Just kill your Tarnished or take the free kill, but I bet you'll want to kill your Tarnished because you downloaded this mod for a challenge.
Installation
-----------------
Download this mod and the EAC toggle mod I indicated as "required". While technically it isn't required, without it you could trip the EAC.
Anyway, download both and put them in your game folder.

Then, rename "regulation.bin" to something else

Extract the contents of both zips to the folder. You should have two .bin files: Your backup, and the modded one.

Then run "toggle anti cheat", click "OK" on the dialog
Ensure steam is started (in offline mode if you're paranoid like me!) and click "start game in offline mode" in the folder

You'll get this message in the game, but i'm told it's normal and haven't been banned yet!
