Carian Knight's Sword with the better Weapon Skill from the DLC and a buff to Carian Sword Sorceries like the Carian Glintstone Staff.

It changes its weapon skill to Carian Sovereignty, the better version of Carian Grandeur, allows Ashes of War to be used on it, and gives it a passive 10% boost to Carian Sword Sorceries (Carian Slicer, Carian Greatsword, Carian Piercer, and Adula's Moonblade). I felt this was appropriate as Moongrum in Raya Lucaria uses the Carian Knight's Sword as his main weapon, as well as the Carian Piercer Sorcery.
The in-game description on the Carian Knight's Sword does mention that "these knights' swords could serve as catalysts, letting them wield sorcerous battle skills", but I felt that the magical weapon skill and spell buff was enough to set it apart from other weapons without turning it into a full-blown casting tool like the Carian Sorcery Sword.
CATALYST/CASTING TOOL VERSION:
This version allows the Carian Knight's Sword to be used as a Sorcery catalyst, just like the Carian Sorcery Sword. This changes the weapon's heavy attack into a spellcast command, changes its scaling to be similar to the Carian Sorcery Sword, and maintains the changes of the base version of the mod for the Carian Sovereignty skill, changing its Ash of War, and the 10% boost to Carian Sword Sorceries.
If you installed the previous version of the mod that replaced the Digger's Staff, in the form of the wp_a_1317.partsbnd.dcx and wp_a_1317_l.partsbnd.dcx files, delete those two files from your mod/parts folder. The current version replaces the Carian Knight's Sword model directly.
Details about its stat scaling: I have adapted the unique 25 upgrade level reinforcement path of the Carian Sorcery Sword into a "unique" 10 upgrade level one (seriously, why is the Carian Sorcery Sword a mundane Smithing Stone weapon and not a Somber one? It's clearly unique and can't even use Ashes of War), and changed the Carian Knight's Sword's base scaling from 35/26/32 STR/DEX/INT to 23/17/47 STR/DEX/INT. This gives it the same Sorcery Scaling at +10 as you have with the Carian Sorcery Sword at +25 (291 with 80 Intelligence), and is more "quality" on the physical side compared to the Sorcery Sword (Carian Sorcery Sword's scaling is 10/39/47 STR/DEX/INT, so it's heavily a Dex weapon).
With 38 Strength, 70 Dexterity, and 80 Intelligence, the default damage numbers on the Carian Knight's Sword are 215+153 Physical, and 215+117 Magic, coming out to 703 total.
With 38 Strength, 70 Dexterity, and 80 Intelligence, the modified damage numbers on the catalyst version are 167+65 Physical, and 167+321 Magic, coming out to 720 total.
The damage is now much more weighed on Magic than on Physical, but unfortunately that was the only way I could make it have reasonable spell scaling, as spell scaling seems to be directly tied to Intelligence scaling, with no way to change it separately of a weapon's damage numbers.
I tried to keep its power level around the same as it is by default, but I'm okay with it being a bit stronger due to it losing its heavy attack.
Do note that the sword now scales much more strongly with INT than with STR and DEX, so it's more geared towards very high INT builds.
Also, it had to be moved to the Sorcery Staff area of the inventory in order to get it to display its Sorcery Scaling in the menus. The same goes for the upgrade screen. It'll be in the Ranged Weapons/Catalysts section.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Download and install Mod Engine 2
Extract the Carian Knight Sword regulation.bin file into the ModEngine-2.1.0.0-win64/mod folder
Run the game through the launchmod_eldenring.bat file in the Mod Engine 2 folder
