Removes particle effects (snow rain etc), removes grass, removes wind effects on trees, works on DLC
Installation:
Before: Setup your game to play offline. Make a backup of your regulation.bin
Then just place it in your main game folder and replace the old file.

Also i highly recommend the mod that removes the erdtree, paired with this one theres a nice boost in fps!
