About this mod
A slight alteration of Rakshasa's chest armour, along with alternate gauntlets, greaves, QoL changes, and a recolour of the Beast Claw to match the colours of the set.
- Permissions and credits
Armour changes:
- Removed the black fur that stuck out from Rakshasa's breastplate.
- Remodelled and retextured the gauntlets of the Maliketh set to fit the colour scheme of Rakshasa's set, and removed the chainmail gloves to give the gauntlets the appearance of metal claws. The hands are now visible under the metal.
- Retextured the Greaves of Night to fit the colour scheme of Rakshasa's set.
- Reduced the weight of Rakshasa's armour set to reflect its resistances. It now weights the same as the Night set.
- Resistances and poise are unchanged.
Weapon changes:
- Retextured the Beast Claw to fit the colour scheme of Rakshasa's set.
- Added a lifesteal effect to all Beast Claw variants.
- Added a lifesteal effect to Rakshasa's Katana.
- Lifesteal is 2.3% per hit, making it just about 43 hits to recover a full health bar. 1.6% felt too low on the katana but good on the claws, now it feels good on the katana and a bit strong on the claws if you're really aggressive.
- The Ash of War on Rakshasa's Great Katana is now changeable.
- Damage values are unchanged.
Notes:
- Armour pieces will replace the Rakshasa set by default.
- All pieces can work as simple replacers; just ignore the regulation.bin in the files.
- The hands will only be visible under the gauntlets' metal claws with the regulation.
- CSVs for merging are in the optional files.
- I figured out how to stop the Beast Claw from making the character's gauntlets/hands invisible, but that didn't work out very well. When the hands are visible they're just closed in the palm of the Beast Claw and it looks rather weird, so I didn't include it in the changes.
