- all magic casting speed greatly increased
- cancel system from dexterity added to spells
- catalysts/magic requirements removed
- catalysts cast both forms of magic
- catalysts have new (added) scaling
- 2 fp regen per second
- all magic use 1 spell slot
- static magic slots increased to 13 (no need for memory stones)
