To install: Get Mod Engine 2 , set it up and drop the files to your "parts" folder. Make sure ray-tracing is turned off.
If you want to change the color of the wig follow this guide, once you get the workflow down it takes less than a minute to recolor something
To change what is being replaced use this and rename the .partsbnd file to what you want.
