Giving the new fist weapon the Madding hand the love it deserved. A new viable frenzied flame option for PVE, includes a redone Heavy chain combo and a special buff that builds Fire DOT on enemies.

A glove stitched together from the flayed skin of the victims of a butcherous bloodbath.
Forged of an unyielding, black impulse toward revenge fostered in those who were hunted down as heretics by their own brethren, these are the weapons of the utterly downtrodden.
Madding Hand Redone
The available Frenzied Flame weaponry had always dissapointed me,
I was happy to see FROM blessed us with a new weapon in the DLC,
and a FIST weapon no less, one of my favourite,
However the AOW was lacking a bit of flair so therefore I give you this mod,
a love letter to the inevitible chaos flame.
The mod alters the base heavy attack animations to make use of swipes and spear-hand slashes.
Unique Skill: Madding Frenzied-Flame Ignition
Charge a ball of Frenzied flame by holding the left trigger, it can run out exploding and staggering enemies,
alternatively, if you immediatly follow up with an input you can get the following:
Light input consumes the ball and showers the ground with flames and applies a DOT,
Heavy inputs releases the flames into an explosion that deals damage in a decent area.
Unique Buff: Eyes of Madding Flames
Tapping the Left trigger instead consumes the ball of flame to charge the weapon with extra fire damage,
the buff also changes all the heavy attack animations to more powerfull ones,
the first heavy attack is always a charge up,
while the second re-uses the attack from the original AOW
while triggering an extra explosion of frenzied flame at the end to make up for the original's lack of damage.
This mod was made to be highly mergeable and lightweight, because I know you're probably using a cool modpack with this.

search the regulation.bin for [ Madding hand ] for all relevant entries.
Furthermore, the c000.hks in the action folder, as well as the a1x.anibnd and anibnd files all come pre-merged with my other mods available here and here.
feel free to ignore the sfx folder when merging with other mods.

To Install:
- download mod engine 2: https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases and extract its contents to the game folder
- Download the mod and extract everything into the "mod" folder in the same directory as the "modengine2_launcher.exe".
- Start the game from launchmod_eldenring.bat
