DESCRIPTION
I had originally made this mod within a 30 minute time frame for personal use, but ultimately decided to post it online in case someone else finds it interesting and wants to try it out.
This mod turns the Dragon Communion Seal into a double catalyst, allowing it to cast both sorceries and incantations. The seal also has new effects that boost several different things. In order to make some sort of balance, I've made two versions of the seal, pick your poison. Version 1.0 is less powerful, but has health and focus sapping. Version 2.0 is more overpowered with several damage boosting effects. See the effects lists below.

Effects - Version 1.0:
- +30% more physical, magic, lightning and fire damage
- Health and focus sapping effects on each hit
Effects - Version 2.0:
- +30% more physical, magic, lightning, and fire damage
- Boosts Dragon Cult Incantations by +15% (Same as Gravel Stone Seal)
- Boosts Gravity Sorceries by +30% (Same as Meteorite Staff)
- Enhances charged spells and incantations (Same as Godfrey Icon)
- Shortens casting time (Same as Radagon Icon)
INSTALLATION
- Extract the contents of the mod folder into your own Mod Engine 2's mod folder. Merge the regulation.bin file if needed.
- Enjoy!
