Halves the accumulation of bleed and halves the accumulation of frost. Which means that it will take twice as long/twice as many hits for bleed or frost to take effect on an enemy. No other changes are made.

Updated to include halved bleed and halved frost accumulation from spells, ashes of war, and grease.
The reason I made this mod was to pair it with Boss Health Increase - DLC Ready but if you want to do so too then you will have to merge it with the provided .csv file in the Files page using Smithbox.
DLC Spells and DLC Ashes of War are not effected by this mod because I could not find them in the SpEffectParam.
This mod was created for the Elden Ring 1.16 patch.
