This moveset locks you into a two-handed mode

Stances: The weapon features three unique stances, which can be swapped by pressing the Switch to 2H button:
Smash Stance
Pillar Stance
Thrust Stance

Each stance offers a distinct Heavy Attack and Heavy Cancel.
Heavy attacks can be upgraded by either landing successful hits on enemies or charging them by holding the Ash of War (AoW) button.

The block has been replaced with projectile deflection, allowing you to counter most magic and projectiles.
You can also Press Heavy Attack while pressing block to throw the staff


The weapon is available for purchase from the custom NPC at the Roundtable Hold, located near the balcony.
