About this mod
Recover runes immediately after dying, compatible with the latest version of Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree (Version 1.16).

Updated version of CheezeOfAstora's Recover Runes Immediately mod. As the mod is only a simple regulation.bin param edit, I don't believe it should be regarded as copying their work.
This mod simply expands the pickup radius of your runes to span the entire map, so as soon as you die and respawn, you'll get a prompt to recover your runes.
Installation:
1. Backup your save (optional)
2. Backup your regulation.bin, located in your game folder: ...\ELDEN RING\Game
3. Put the edited regulation.bin (this mod) in your game's folder
4. Launch the game in offline mode with anti-cheat disabled.
For disabling anti-cheat you have multiple options:
Anti-cheat toggler and offline launcher

Offline launcher (No EAC)
To uninstall this mod you simply need to replace the edited regulation.bin with your original file. I added the vanilla regulation.bin in the downloads section in case anyone needs it.
If you wish to manually update this mod for a new patch simply:
1. Install Smithbox (Simple guide for using Smithbox)
2. Make these param changes:
Actionbuttonparam > Retrieve lost runes (id 1000) >
Radius: 1000000
Height: 1000000
Base height: -700000
