DO NOT USE WITH ONLINE PLAY ON OFFICIAL SERVERS!!!!
So i used to have this regulation edit that made my game run a lot better and find out it did not work on the newest version anymore, tried looking for one on nexusmods but could only find older version which did not work. So i took a day to learn smithbox and made them myself.
Just download the regulation and place it either in your game folder where Elden Ring.exe is located for the Vanilla version or for Reforged place it in the Mod folder where the regulation is located.
This disables rain, grass, tree animations which were CPU intensive. For modded Elden Ring or offline play i would recommend using EldenRingFpsUnlocker with it. If with unlocked fps you notice any fps stutters try setting the game to fullscreen first, then patch the game with fps unlocker and then set it to borderless fullscreen. (worked for me)
Any endorsements/donations would be very welcome cause it took me a while and i am poor.
