Whole save was done using Hexinton's Elden Ring Cheat Table
Require save editor or character manager for this
Best one is using Character Manager by gorey666 to prevent save corrupt on load.

0. BACKUP.
1. Open Character Manager and load Lazy Start (Requires EldenRingCharacterManager).dat.
2. Load your save file ER0000.sl2 located in C:/Users/<...>/AppData/Roaming/EldenRing/<ID>/.
3. Copy save files on left panel to right panel.
4. Click save file button.
3 files save are:
- Game Start Base (Least risk ban, the only thing that comes to my mind for the ban is the double Rogier Rapier +8)
+ All weapons and armors unblocked (DLC included).
+ All spells, incantations unblocked (DLC included).
+ All talismans unblocked (DLC included).
+ All arrow added (DLC included).
+ All spirit ashes unblocked (DLC included).
+ All ashes of war unblocked (DLC included).
Aside from everything above, nothing else is touched, starting at Chapel, you are free equip your favorite weapons and armors then play the game in the normal way, not even a single rune is added.
