To unlock the Roundtable Hold Trophy:
You must start New Game+ to reset the world
Then, either:
Defeat Margit then speak to Melina at a grace
OR skip the castle entirely by taking the path to the right of the broken bridge
After either path, speak to Melina at a grace site near the castle entrance to be taken to the Roundtable Hold
Simply teleport to the corresponding grace and defeat the required boss
