Overhaul of lightning weapons and dragon cult incantations

Modificacion of lightning weapons and incantations.
Dragon King's Cragblade: I-frames during stormcloud form, Faith scaling and better dex scaling
Bolt of Granssax: Increased bullet speed and duration for nomal AOW and placidusax nuke for charged AOW, Faith scaling and better dex scaling
Gravel stone seal: Now has a dex scaling too.
Fortissax Lightning spear and Ancient Dragon Lightning spear: They now have a medium range, about 15 meters maximum. I made them with the intention of hitting the ground anyways, as if to throw them at the enemy's feet. Increased casting speed.
Frozen lightning spear: Increrased casting speed.
Lansseax glaive: Increrased casting speed and damage of the residual lightning, can be casted continuosly.
Lightning spear and Knight Lightning spear: increased bullet speed an duration.
Ancient Dragon Lightning strike: Now in behaves like honed bolt, or at least it should. Spawns at the enemy location.
Dragonbolt blessing: Removed original efect now it gives you 7.5% damage redution for all damage, 15% for lightning and 15% lightning damage.
Dragonbolt of Florissax: Removed original efect now it gives you 10% damage redution for al damage, 20% for lightning and 20% lightning damage.
The last two spells were made to simulate the rise of defense that ancient dragons have.
Some of these things weren't my ideas, I found the "Ancient dragon lightning overhaul" mod but it was out of date so I had to replicate it and added some of my other needs, I didn't think to upload it but it's quite entertaining and I want people to try it, I asked in the forum if I could upload it but no one answered. Please contact for removal if I'm inflicting the rules
