This is a game save that has all quest-lines for the different endings completed. If you want to complete all of them I suggest you start with the Frenzied Flames ending, then reload the save and use the needle to remove the Flame Curse and continue on with the rest of the endings. Not sure if this will work but thought why not make a backup!

I got all the questlines completed on accident and didn't realize I had unlocked every ending until I went to touch the altar at the end and it gave my options so then I googled the endings and VIOLA! Enjoy if it works!
