The Mod Manager creates symbolic links to "active mods," allowing the game to see them. In the Package folder, you will find not the names of folders with numbers, but the IDs of the mods, which is also quite convenient.
How to use: Place ModManager.exe in the game folder. Create an All_mods folder (or run ModManager.exe and it will create it automatically). Place all mods into the All_mods folder. Run ModManager.exe. It will display all "Inactive Mods" in a separate tab. You can sort mods by mod name (title), ID, or author. Right-clicking on a selected mod and choosing "Show Description" will display its description. Double-clicking a mod will "activate" it and move it to the "Active Mods" tab. You can also deactivate it by double-clicking it again.
