About this mod
Versatile player home based on a small island just outside of Ark. Modestly proportioned but should cover most needs. SE version available, kindly ported by andi5000.

A modest player home on an island about twenty seconds from the closest Ark signpost and less than a minute from Ark's West Gate. One previous owner - a wizard who went on an errand and never returned - now vacant. In keeping with Ark's "rustic aesthetic", richly furnished, and with great views.
Includes all crafting stations and plenty of (unnamed) storage spread around to suit a variety of playstyles, as well as a safe chest (i.e. linked to the others in the game world) in the basement. The island and the ground floor have been navmeshed for use with followers.
There is an unscripted fetch quest for the key (there is a letter on the door of the tower, and finding the key is as simple as it sounds). If you can't be bothered, feel free to gift yourself the key using the console.
Sharing in case it would suit others' games as well. Any issues let me know, but shouldn't have any incompatibilities (bar other mods editing the precise same patch of land).
