About this mod
This mod add new house in Arc Noble`s Quarter. I do it for my self because not happy with standard house. House can be buyed in Arc bank, through new dialog topic

The mod does not violate the lore and balance of the game, the house is made in the style of Arc residences in Noble`s Quarter.
Good for mid, late game, worth 15,000 coins.
House have 4 rooms and outside balcony with great town view:
- working room (has all craft tables)
- sleep room
- kitchen
- museum/library
How to install:
- extract zip to EnderalES data folder (for steam is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Enderal Special Edition\Data)
- turn on mod in launcher
