"Some folks just never learn."

several Highwoman intimidation tactics via synchronous taunt.

Do you know of the Skyrim se mod RaceCompatibility for Skyrim Special Edition at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)? here's a horrible simplification of that mod: it patches certain dialog checks by using keyword proxies so that any race can trigger them provided they have the right keyword on their race data.
such as the gourmet quest where the cook reacts to the gourmet's race and certain things in the dawnguard questline.

Unlike Skyrim, Enderal has far more racial checks to consider. That is if you consider 5 racial checks as opposed to 12 as "far more".

With this mod, Sallpura Manyson can call you what you really are: a moon-skinned, dark ally dealing, bronze-skinned, thousand wives/husband coalman\woman.
Provided you patch your race mod.

"You'll make a fine rug, Cat!"

Skuma-addicted Argonian when being kicked in the groin and slammed head-first into the ground in slow motion by a Khajiit.

For users:
install RaceCompatibility for Skyrim Special Edition at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com).
install this mod.
pray to the lightborn that the custom race mod you want to play has the proxy keyword added.
curse the lightborn and let the cleansing happen (Optional).
play.

I may not have covered every racial check in the game. In case you stumbled upon a broken conversation that ends abruptly or has weird reply patterns. please report them to me. While the game likes to repeat dialog, they usually won't play the same generic greeting dialog repeatedly.

"Yes?"

Racist.

For modders:
make sure you add the appropriate keyword to your race. ActorProxy[race name]

Every ActorProxy is used for dialog checks. There are four base races and I grouped up the rest under those races. Please just use the four base races ActorProxy unless you know what you're doing.

Half-Aeterna
Highelf(base race)
Woodelf
Darkelf

Half-Arazealean
Nord(base race)
Argonian
Imperial

Half-Kilénian
Breton(base race)
Khajiit

Half-Qyranian
Redguard(base race)
Orc

Justification:
dialog with Yuslan Sha'Rim breaks as he checks your race. There is no fallback, the conversation will just die and reset. To prevent that, I put every proxy race available to correspond to a certain base race.
Aeterna has dialog that points to their ears. Base game also checks if the player is a dark elf despite not being able to be one.
Ketaron Dal'Geyss has a dialog check that groups half-Arazealean (nords) and the base game's race for Enderalian (Imperial) together.
Kilénian are often considered as gold obsessed.
Qyranian are often first noticed by their skin and having many wives or husbands in dialog. Vaguely remember Orcs having several wives.

but seriously, just use the base races.

"Now get lost, preferably to the land you came from."

Ketaron Dal'Geyss, An Enderalian talking to another Enderalian.
