-Weapons deal more even damage. -Armor is a little less overpowered. -Healing is slow in combat ( for example by going into inventory and healing to full has been removed).

I have played Fallout 1 dozens upon dozens of times and I love the game. But the gameplay has some issues.
Criticals with burst weapons deal hundreds of damage or 0. Well no more. I have gone over all the items, npcs and armors and made a big balance pass (including making healing balanced).
Made to be more fun but more fair.
I have added a changed Fallout 1 manual with the correct info for the mod as an optional file.
