Hey GOOD picture man!!!!
The Cafe itself was a special encounter in the game, and basically had Fallout 1 NPCs living inside (I assume the girl in the picture is Tandi, president of th NCR in 2241-2).
endorse it and i want to see a comic book of fallout 3 and new vegas
