Wally Mack remade using Drumber's FCO assets.
Design critique welcome.
-Not much to say about this one really, it's Wally Mack. Only thing is that his face may not suit his random voice change in the game, but it doesn't matter much since he has few lines and is irrelevant at that point. Stupid random voice change.
