When I fast travel to the Outcast Outpost in Operation Anchorage, I always catch the Outcast with the minigun out of position. As he runs back to where he should be, I imagine my sudden arrival has interrupted a conversation he'd been having with one of the Supermutants.

It's like this cartoon... I think it was called reboot... were there was this virtual world in the computer and whenever the 'player' wanted to play a game all the 'sprites' that were the inhabitants of this virtual world got into their roles... Google 'reboot cartoon'
