My version can be animated via script and the controls are right side up.

    I put that in for the people that expect to just add it and have it work without a script.

    These are ment for a repair script in my personal vault, so I need to be able to turn it on and off, so an Idle would work, but wouldn't give me a visual cue if its "working" or "offline".

    My vault starts out ruined and is slowly repaired in steps like this:

    1). You restore power to the ruined console.
    2). You re-paint the ruined console.
    3). The new console can experience a system failure and turn off, so you can repair it multiple times.
    4). A catrostropic event(explosion) can return the console to the ruined dead state, to be repaired anew.

    So I really need an On/Off!

    I can however easily make it into an Idle animation as you said.

    I don't usually make idles. I usually just attach a script to activate if the player is in the cell for eyecandy stuff.

    you dont need a SCRIPT to animate it.
    you can set it as "Idle", or you can simply remove the NiControllerManager and have the animation always running.
