   Tell me if you ever figure out the ATI issue. I would love to use these shaders but the performance hit is insane on my 5970.

   What changes have you made? I (Foolishly) tried a straight port with my system. It resulted in everything being outlined in neon blue.....You seem to have had better results.
   
   Also, really good picture.

   Yup, i've had some perfomance problems though (running an ATI) so i'm still looking for the perfect dll (there's an ATI optimized dll i haven't tried yet)
   
   The effect on atmosphere and the image quality was stunning none the less.
   
   You should also look at fLokii's ENB Series
   http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15125
   
   While i haven't had a chance to try it yet, it might work better for FO3
