I had never really thought much about how un super-duper it was...but now that it's been pointed out it's very true, I'd download an extension to it for sure.
As for the armor it's Scorpion Sneak suit as mentioned with the black re-texture.

I felt really ripped off that the Super Duper Mart was smaller than most Dollar Generals and not nearly Walmart like enough for me...I should see if anyone's done a Super Duper Mart expanded mod...
EDIT...No Dice on the Expanded Super Duper Mart...I'd do it myself if I had the time...plus I don't have much experience with cell editing, though I need to start learning, so I can do a lot of the stuff I'd like to do for my GI Joe mod...
