...they won't ban the images...you can post images of any mods using NV resources...as long as you don't break the nudity rule or the other cardinal rules...posting the mod on this site with NV resources is not ok...unless your mod requires NV to be installed and the mod users must extract the resources from their own copy of NV...

Isn't there really any way? I have seen a lot of armors and weapons around Fallout 3 nexus from New Vegas before, so why not some of the other assets too?
Yeah unfortunately it's not allowed even if Beth published both games. Shame to as your screens looked interesting. Probably messed up a lot of your plans for the mod but it's better than having your images deleted by a moderator and then banned from Nexus.
Judging by this screenshot and the other one with the statue you're using assets from New Vegas in your Fallout 3 mod, something you are not allowed to do.
Unless you plan on offering instructions and having players extract files from their copy of New Vegas for use in this mod I highly suggest removing any and all assets from NV from your mod before continuing.

Well, I'll look forward to it, although I would prefer not to test it. Mainly because I simply don't have the time, but I'll eagerly await the moment I can play this full-blown mod! I'll definitely keep an eye on this project
