Ok, the idea here was creating a rather light, portable, automatic weapon that has one hell of a punch and a good ammo capacity. So the first thing that popped into my mind is the Russian RPD (and the Chinese copy Type 56).
I know this thing is just a mash-up made from different weapon parts but it looks good and, well, "similar" to RPD. Unfortunately, since there's no 7.62x39mm ammunition in FO3, it will be using .308 instead.
Model is completely finished and tested in-game, I just need to finish the esp and it'll be all done.
So, what do you guys think of it?

@jobra888 Yeah, AA has 7.62 ammo but it was under moderator review for a few months and now it's completely removed from the site so I can't use it. Even if I could, I have the old V1.93 which is outdated since the latest one is 2.0.
I could use CALIBR though, I don't really like it but I could make an esp that uses CALIBR's 7.62x39mm ammunition.
I think ApocalypseArmory had 7.62x39mm ammo included; I use this type of ammo for a good amount of various kalashnikovs a friend of mine has put together
