Another face edit i've made.
Since i do this kindda stuff with NPC (clothes Hairstyles, face edit) i 've remixed a lot of people in DC wasteland.
It adds variety and charisma to NPC's, no more facegen stereotypes, only true faces with there own look; the game feels more true.
Some people are awfull no lmore beautifull ladies exept from those who are ment to be, bad guys are ugly or scary, funny guys have funny faces like Dukov wich i gave reddish alcoholic look.

Maybe a future mod, if i have time, the work is mostly made from years of editing for my own, but still some fixes to make.
