After more than four years of modding Fallout 3, my first "hello world" dungeon :D
It's a part oy my overhaul and made to check out some game effects and how i can control them via script.
Somebody have an idea, what's the name of this scary guy with his red telephone?

The Gamebryo engine is great in this things, you can have a near fotorealistic or cinematic ambient and this even without ENB.
It is a shame, that Fallout 3 out of the box is that ugly, if you can have a way better ambient(good contrasts, cinematic colors, realistic darkness) with so few sliders.
