Currently, i am in Anchorage, a place with potential, but the worst addon for FO3:
-incredibly bad coded on a level of a hello-world script and full of bugs like the stupid terminals from hell
-the worst textures in the game, directly from the PS2
-no roleplay quality, humor or surprises at all
I have changed some things a long time ago for my personal use, i'm using high res snow from Skyrim, recolored NMC textures and even some modified rock meshes. I have retextured my self the sandbags, parachute and other things from hell.
Currently i'm implementing real snow storms in a private mod with up to seven snow meshes.
In my overhaul i have corrected faction reactions, the stealth effect, ai packages and debuged tons of idiotic noob scripts, starting from Baileys Crossroads.
Now the terminals are working as expected, you will receive the correct gear and soldier enforcements to the correct price of recruitment markers. You can gain more markers freeing captives and getting intel.
If you wish to include personal mod items, there is a formlist, that is added on every gear change, I'm using a ballistic fist, a Sten gun and riot shotgun from my personal mods.
Now, i'm trying to implement a configurable spawn system, where you can go to the limits of your system. More enfocement you have, more enemys are spawning in waves, from dogs to badass specialists.
It is not meant to be very difficult, but to simulate a bigger battle.
But to implement this, i can't reuse existing infantry, this needs new combat styles, classes, ai packages and scripts with maximum performance, not like the *** vanilla scripts made for 3 enemys. And i want more variation and charakter, maybe some easter eggs.
Tons of things to do, but i like this :)
