To me, the entire atmosphere of the mod felt like something out of Half-Life 2 or Portal, and this room was pretty much the pinnacle of that feeling. The feats that SureAI pulls off in this mod, both visual and behind-the-scenes, are absolutely incredible.

this looks like the Citadel's dark-fusion core from the Half-Life 2 Episode 1
It came out very recently, and it's about two hours long, so I expect that the translation will take a while. The German version works with English Fallout 3, though, and none of the dialogue is integral to solving the puzzles.
There is one room where you'll get a popup message and get stuck between two forcefield walls; you have to discard all of your grenades before it will let you continue. That's the only time the language barrier had a major impact on my playthrough, though.
