      The armor is part of Legacy of Vault Recon Squad (Grey Edition) by Master_Shifu on modgames.net. I also got the Ghosts mask from that site then ported it all from New Vegas to Fo3.

      Yeah thanks found the armor just fine. Have to wait awhile before import don't have fallout new vegas now.
