I just recently noticed that when I expertly remove an enemy's head, that their neck is invisible. It is not just this enemy but all who dare cross me. His neck appears again if i remove his helmet but I would like to know if anyone knows how to fix this or if they have encountered this themselves.

    Pretty sure it's got something to do with the helmets meshing. Or something. I'unno. I've seen this as a common bug ever since I first bought Fallout 3 for my PS3 on release day like 7 years ago.

      Yeah, I've noticed that phenomenon, but since it was not very persistent -or consistent- I could not really tie it to anything in particular. So I dismissed it as a random glitch.Guess I have to pay better attention as to whether my slain foe wore some headwear before I blew their top off.

      Ye, I don't mind it too much and I rarely ever notice it but I was just wondering if it was indicative of a larger problem.
