This Does not have FOSE, OR Any ENB trickery. what is has is a lot of work sorting out the exact code  taken from a lot of mods and built into a single plugin with a Ton of editing.
I Am sorry but  I can not share the work and the mods list is too involved. IT's not what most might think, it's bit's and pieces put together to make what I wanted.

The killer things is every thing seen in this is available here on the nexus website. the Best packages are From Vurt's / all his mods from all his games, the best Landscape's are all of NMC's packs and mods installed in order and overwrites to make the game look  way different. There's is a very special weather and lighting pack I built from many - many mods, again, only parts, not whole mods. "All Known" weather and lighting mods.
