This is an ancient screenshot, from my very first playthrough of Fallout 3, all the way back in 2014.
This does have a story attached to it, rather silly one. So back then I wasn't really sure how to mod my game nor did I seek how to do it. I wanted to make my own base, so I found this location and using the console, started spawning stuff! I then decided to spawn a vendor to sell my stuff to and well...I spawned Seagrave but he left and I thought something bugged. What do I do? Spawn another and again, he left. I gave up on that silly idea and then went to Rivet City. To my surprise there were now three Seagrave Holmes' and since there were three jumpsuits, I gave them said clothes.
