It's the Merc Grunt but using Grifter's Fit textures from Point Lookout. the textures don't match up exactly but I was able to manipulate the resources I had. The boots did but the pants did not.
Added the graphic of the bear on the shirt. All I need to do now is include the scarf and green jacket.
