I finally got the Combat Armor BoS Decal to work, cause I followed malos tutorial eventually after trying to learn on my own.
Left Side only no chest yet
lesson of the day - if someone has found a fallout bug and mentions how to get round it do it their way. That and use GOOGLE.

Here is my thought for the decal location for Outcast Combat armor (image). Don't worry about the orientation or size - I can take care of that with a custom texture.
The default Outcast logo however does not show up very well on the Combat Armor (it's a bit faded) - I'll make a custom texture for it. Also, I have an idea for another decal location for Outcasts - I'll post a pic to explain.
Awesome - Great work! I can make the version for female CA, and also the decals for the Outcasts.
Does this fit the CA Mk II?
