Adds some more towns to the capital wastleland and a questline connected with notes

This is my first attempt at a fallout 3 mod, It adds many new towns to the capital wasteland, it also adds a questline connected by notes, some new weapons have been added to the game which you'll find as you progress through the questline.
The storyline
There have been rumours of an excentric scientist setting up a factory in the north, supplying weapons to those he thinks deserve them, anyone who tries to attack his factory dies due to his robot guards. There have also been rumours of a settlement made up of escaped slaves and wastelander thats been set up near Germantown police H.Q, you must uncover the secrets of these places and unravel the vail of mystery surrounding the enigmatic figure known only as: "the inventor"

To start the quest you must go to the town called: "Junction 76"
The weapons that are added to the game are called:
Solar Rifle: Infinite ammo plasma firing laser rifle
PPSH41: Old world war two weapon
Laser launcher: Laser firing rocket launcher
"death sentence" bolt action rifle: Comes with one silver bullet, kills anything with one shot
constructive critisism is fine, also tell me is there are any problems with the mod that I can work on.
