About this mod
Adds a large roof top to megaton player home. Storage and display shelves included! 3 Enclave tables, 4 cabinets, 4 ammo boxes and 3 metal crates.

After endlessly bugging and begging Lucas Sims for an addition to your home, he's finally sanctioned a building team to add a roof top to your Megaton Player Home. Six months have passed since he agreed to your proposal, and now it's ready for your use.
A large roof top has been added with several additions for storage and displaying of your valuable items. You'll find a total of 12 shelving units in rows of 6 on each side. 4 Ammo boxes, 4 cabinets and 3 crate boxes to store your items prior to display. As a bonus, Lucas came across 3 Enclave tables that he secured for you. Good place to stack power armor and more.
You can exit the roof top by a down-slide and Access the roof by 3 different methods.
1.) Main ramp upon entering Megaton
2.) A ladder by the main door to your megaton home.
3.) Finally, a hatch on the second floor inside your home.
Other Notes:
Mod was created with GECK only and modifies merely one aspect of the megaton home which is the hatch it adds to access the roof, it shouldn't conflict with any known megaton house mods. However...
Known Mods this is Incompatible with:
* Expanding Megaton Mod
* A Megaton Expansion
