If you have the add-on, Broken Steel, when you are at level 12 and beyond, the Feral Ghoul Reaver will start spawning around the wasteland with the other Ghouls.
Whereas the Glowing one has an HP of 240, the Reaver has 1100. The Glowing one attacks at 32, whereas the Reaver attacks at 100. So, if you encounter a Reaver, you are probably going to die, and if you have a follower, they are definitely going to die.
I made this mod because I was tired of a lone Reaver killing my companion. I know the Reavers' are supposed to be tough, and that's cool, but they are ridiculously tough at the moment, so this mod changes that.
I've reduced the Reaver's health to 480, which is still double a Glowing One, and I've reduced his attack to 64, which is still pretty high.
This helps during the Adam's Air Force Base mission, since you encounter a whole pack of them in the tunnels.
