The slavers of Paradise Falls have expanded their operations in the Capital Wasteland taking over a small vault. After meeting up with a former slave you are tasked with "taking care of" these slavers and finding their special Railway Rifle.
Start quest by talking to Lloyd in his shack east of Paradise Falls.
